    Leadville

 

We are a retired couple in our 50's.  We have no pets and do not smoke.  We are very neat and will take excellent care of your home.  Our home is 2,300 sq ft (half on the 1st floor and half on the walkout basement level).  There is an additional 800 sq ft of unfinished utility room where the washer/dryer and sauna are located.  We have three bedrooms, one study and two full bathrooms.  There is a two car attached garage, a covered front porch, full length back deck off the 1st floor and full length back patio.  We have an outside hot tub and a large sauna as well as bumper pool/card table.   The backyard is private woods with no structures.  Our house in a small subdivision located a short one mile from downtown Leadville.  Our home is twelve years old and was totally remodeled in 2005.
